At Indiana Pottery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligible Returns:

Items must be returned in their original or similar packaging.

Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you.

Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
Return Shipping
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the item for the full purchase price, as you are responsible for the item until it is received by our studio.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
